About me

My photo
Darkhoek
Oslo, Norway
My name is Harald. I am a collector of japanese kitchen knives (mainly yanagibas) and japanese natural stones for knife sharpening. I am also previously Norwegian champion for amateur chefs, and love creative cooking. I build, rebuild, refurbish and sharpen knives as a hobby and as a way of Zen excercise. There is nothing more relaxing after a hard days work than to take a dull knife to the stones and transform it into a razor. It gives me the feeling of having full control over at least a small portion of my life. Stay tuned!
